Your Relationship with AQUA Gadget

Your use of AQUA Gadget products, services, accessories, applications, and website is subject to a legal agreement between you and AQUA Gadget. This document explains the terms and conditions governing your use of our services and website.

Customers must report billing disputes within 3 days of the transaction date.

In the case of order cancellation after online payment, applicable payment gateway charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Advance booking or pre-order payments may be non refundable unless otherwise stated.

  1. Proof of Identification

AQUA Gadget reserves the right to request valid identification during product delivery or order collection. Failure to provide valid identification may result in order cancellation.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on product availability and location.

General shipping conditions:

• Most orders are processed within 24 to 48 working hours after payment confirmation
• Delivery is available only on working days
• Shipping charges are non refundable unless otherwise specified
• AQUA Gadget reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion

  1. Taxes

Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on the website exclude applicable VAT, TAX, or government charges under Bangladesh law.

  1. Warranty

Products sold by AQUA Gadget may include manufacturer warranty coverage where applicable.

  1. Return Policy

Within Dhaka:

Customers must return products to an AQUA Gadget outlet or authorized service point.

Outside Dhaka:

Products must be returned through an approved courier service.

Return conditions include:

• Return request must be made within the eligible return period
• Product must remain unused and in original packaging
• Product must include all original accessories and documents
• Return reason must be valid and approved by AQUA Gadget

Accepted return reasons may include:

• Wrong product delivered
• Defective product
• Missing accessories
• Incorrect product information on the website

  1. Cancellation and Refund Due to Product Unavailability

If a product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, AQUA Gadget may cancel the order.

If advance payment has already been made, eligible refunds will be processed within the applicable refund period after deducting any applicable charges.

Promotional cashback or discount amounts may be adjusted from the refund amount where applicable.

  1. Return or Replacement Exclusions

Return or replacement requests may be rejected if:

• Product damage is caused by misuse or negligence
• Serial numbers or warranty stickers are damaged or removed
• Product is returned without original packaging or accessories
• Damage is outside manufacturer warranty coverage

Replacement is subject to stock availability.

If you receive a damaged product, you must notify AQUA Gadget immediately for support and resolution.

Products purchased during sale campaigns, promotional offers, or clearance events may not be eligible for refund or replacement unless the product is defective.

  1. Shipping Charges

Shipping and delivery charges are non refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by an error from AQUA Gadget.

  1. Gift Cards

Gift cards:

• Are valid for one time use unless otherwise specified
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Expire after the validity period mentioned on the card
• Cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or expired

AQUA Gadget may run promotional cashback or discount campaigns through banks, mobile financial services, or payment partners.

Campaign terms, cashback amounts, and eligibility conditions are subject to the rules of the respective payment provider and may change without prior notice.
